dhahelper.sys - direct hardware access under Windows Nt/2000/XP

This driver makes it possible to give direct hardware access to user mode apps.
To install use the dhasetup.exe tool.
"dhasetup.exe install" will install the dhahelper.sys so that it gets loaded on every system start.
"dhasetup.exe remove" will remove it again

Please take into account that you need to be admin to do this setup and that you will have
to reboot to make it work.
