In order to normalise certain file types, Xena requires the assistance of external programs.
Most notably these are:
Audio files which will be converted to the FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) format;
Mailboxes from Microsoft Outlook; and
Office documents, presentation and spreadsheet files.
